– Graduate in any four-year course (graduate in any business management course)
1. Interpersonal communication (written and verbal)

2. Telephone etiquette
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Dependability

5. Efficiency
6. Flexibility
7 Friendliness/Positive Attitude
8. Multi-tasking
